Where is the 'delivery' of all this though. We go round in circles too many times.One report after another done.We have recommendations made so long ago but were not actioned, they have now been forgotten, until resurrected as a 'new' idea. This ticking time bomb needs addressed soon by whichever party is in power.Failure to do so is both criminal and neglectful.
